Mental health is a topic that we don’t talk enough about. It can be uncomfortable, confronting, and an area that we don’t know much about to feel like we can help make a difference. Globally there are hundreds of millions of people that suffer in silence, and sadly, each year we see close to 800,000 people take their lives because of mental health issues.

But it doesn’t have to be this way. Mental health needs to be talked about every day to break down this stigma that’s attached with it, so we can support each other properly. This page is a place to learn more about the various elements of mental health, wellbeing and mental illness along with resources you can access if you’re struggling or want to find help for someone in your life.
