Respirator users shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries where the user intends to use or sell the Products. Specifically, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the user shall comply with all health and safety requirements, labeling requirements, equipment requirements, registration and approval requirements, warranty requirements, truth in advertising requirements and country of origin marking requirements. Poor selection and Misuse of a respirator could result in serious injury or death.
