Frequently asked questions about the RPB T200
How often do I need to replace the hood? This is completely dependent on the frequency of use and the application you’re working in. Applications with dust hazards may last longer than those with overspray, such as painting. Make sure you’re completing daily seal/tear checks of the material to ensure your safety.
There are gaps by my ears when I put this on the T200, how do I fix this? Ensure that your face is positioned as close to the visor as possible. This will help provide a better seal on the sides. The black elastic cord around the chin may also need to be pulled through the clips on the side of the T200 shroud and then tightened using the synch at the back. This will tightened the bib under the chin and on the side of the face. Finally, this is designed to be a loose fitting face piece, so it is expected that air can escape out the sides, however because it is positive pressure external ambient air is unable to enter.
